「Day 1 - the room we paid for was supposed to be on the 1st flr (confirmed via email). It was not. It was up approx. 15 stairs, which i cannot do. The manager found a different room on ground floor, she explained she trying to reach the owners but we'd have at least 3 days in that room before moving to another; but she'd get back to me.
