Séjour très satisfaisant
Cette location est à recommander. Bel appartement moderne avec une grande salle de bains, propre et calme. Le petit balcon , le parking souterrain et l´ascenseur sont des + très appréciables.

Séjour 3 nuits en avril 2025
Appartement réservé pour 3 nuits juste avant le weekend Pascal. Bel appartement, bien agencé très grandes chambres et proche du centre (un petit 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le port à pied). Résidence calme, gros plus la place de parking en souterrain permettant de s’exonérer de tout soucis de stationnement. Très bonne prestation de la conciergerie Remy Griffoul qui gère ce logement

Super !
L'appartement est très bien situé, conforme aux photos, spacieux et très agréable. Le parking est un plus et le local vélo (pour nous qui partons toujours avec nos vélos) est vraiment pratique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil et la qualité des prestations. C'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans vos locations.

Appartement à recommander
Belle situation à 10 minutes du centre ville. Magasins à proximité.
Boulangerie en face. Très belle pharmacie au rez de chaussée ainsi qu'un centre médical.
Très belle avenue pas trop bruyante avec de beaux arbres.
Immeuble très calme. Appartement tout confort.
C'est simple: nous y retournerons en Juin de l'année prochaine du 1/06 au 11/06/2026.

Super séjour
Un grand merci pour notre séjour aux 4 éléments, dans cet appartement aménagé avec goût, offrant un cadre chaleureux et confortable.
Le logement est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre historique et des commerces.
Les équipements sont de qualité : literie confortable,
cuisine équipée, internet, ...
Produits de première nécessité, petite terrasse et parking sont très appréciés.
Le plus : chien accepté, ce qui a été pour nous un critère de sélection du logement.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.
Et merci à la conciergerie Rémi Griffoul pour son travail et son professionnalisme, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
Logement spacieux, moderne, propre, bien équipé (sauf baignoire particulièrement étroite), proche du centre-ville (700m jusqu'au Vieux Bassin). Parking souterrain sûr et pratique, large rampe d'accès. Agence réactive, instructions (d'entrée, sortie etc...) extrêmement claires, bilingues, avec photos: très pro !
