The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. "difficult to find and had to ask the locals. it is crowded and has bad smells, upon arrival and checking in, I was charged an extra 160HKD for 5 days as part of a "Service Fee" that I was not made aware. I did not pay that "Service Fee" in cash, as I thought maybe the staff just keep it under the table. Otherwise disappointed by their practices of charging hidden fees upon arrival. BEWARE"
