If you prefer to spend more time in, there is a full kitchen to make preparing meals in a breeze, a king size bed for a good nights sleep, and 50" smart TV. To make this the ultimate getaway, there is also free parking in the buildings garage where you can go in and out whenever you please.

HOUSEKEEPING
To ensure your complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities.

LINENS, TOWELS, & SUPPLIES
For each guest, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and one beach towel are provided. Additionally, the bathroom will be supplied with 2 hand towels and one bathmat, and kitchen with a dish towel. Beds are equipped with sheets and a lightweight blanket.
We provide a starter supply kit stocked with: 4 coffee pods for kuerig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, trash can liners, salt & pepper, cooking oil, 2 laundry detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon and items are not replenished during your stay.
We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to building staff, or leave outside the room.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
From the Honolulu Airport, you can expect the drive to be about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Rent a car from the airport, or catch a taxi or shuttle. Taxi's and shuttles do not need prearranged, exit the airport and follow the signs for taxi and shuttle areas.

GETTING AROUND:
A rare value- you will have a free assigned parking spot with unlimited in and out privileges during your stay- a value of over $40/day!
Located in Waikiki, even without a car you can enjoy being a short walk to any restaurants, shopping, and beaches. There is a major bus stop across the street, bike rentals on the same block, and across the street from a major hotel if you'd like to use a service for tours or the airport.

CHECKIN/OUT
Upon booking, you will receive a reservation link to an approved third party platform. Using this link, booking details must be completed prior to arrival. Upon completion, it will provide detailed step by step instructions for self check in, and checkout, guidebooks, and option to purchase extended check in/out times. We recommend accessing this information as soon as your booking is made.
Check in: begins at 4pm
Checkout: prior to 11am
If you have an early arrival/ late departure and wish to guarantee room access, we advise you to request in advance or you may consider making your original reservation for an extra day. Often times, we cannot accommodate same day requests as another guest will be arriving or departing.

CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to booking, please refer to the cancellation policy outlined. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses.

HOUSE RULES:
Please be considerate of all neighboring units and building staff. Quiet hours begin at 9pm and end at 8am.
No events or parties allowed
No smoking or vaping allowed inside our outside on the lanai

Waikiki is full of energy, with a lively nightlife that's part of its unique charm and guests can expect to hear city sounds, especially in the evenings. Please consider this aspect of Waikiki's bustling vibe, and if you're sensitive to noise please let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and are happy to provide earplugs

While you'll enjoy updated interiors, please note that the building itself, and much of the infrastructure in Waikiki retains its vintage character. Our goal is to present our guests with modern comforts in a classic 1960s building. We want you to have an amazing stay, and this information ensures you know just what to expect from your experience in Waikiki.

Insects, “pests”, geckos, and anything else of such nature are a valuable part of our ecosystem. Just like any other host, or hotel, we routinely treat for household insects, while it is rare to see such inside, it is always a possibility given our environment. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had!! The unit had a serious cockroach infestation — dozens of cockroaches. At first we noticed them near the kitchen sink, but later found them inside our suitcase and on the walls. This was disgusting and unacceptable. We had to throw away clothes and were worried they had gotten into the coffee maker or food. We never left food out. This was clearly a health and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. The host refused to provide a full refund and requested a pest inspection, which somehow claimed there were “no signs of cockroaches,” despite visible cockroach bodies left on the walls and around the sink. Completely unbelievable. Our entire trip was ruined, and we had to contact Vrbo multiple times just to get this handled. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

The location was superb with stunning views, and convenient to everything. The small kitchen cleanliness is poor, with tiny cockroaches emerging every day, and cups and bowls are stained, and the kettle is rusted inside. You need to eat out and do takeout. Dead battery in TV remote caused us inconvenience and we had to replace them. Beach chairs and mat are provided, and bed is comfy and clean.

Great location and view. Only thing was that the building only has 1 elevator working, and since this is a penthouse, it takes 5 minutes or so just for the elevator. Also there were roaches in the kitchen sink area.

Experience was very comfortable very welcoming love the service and it was an astonishing experience staying here, very and truly happy about the room. Free parking as well, yet need a little bit of improvement on lighting. Comfortable, Simple Stay with a Few Gaps

This VRBO was a nice, simple place for my 10-days in Honolulu with a gorgeous view. It had the basic necessities, but for a longer stay, it felt a bit bare-bones. I had to purchase things like salt and pepper, and there were no extras like spices, condiments, Tupperware, or lotion. Only four K-cups were provided for the entire stay, which felt limited. It’s clearly set up more for short visits or guests not planning to cook much. I was out and about most days, really only coming back to sleep—but even so, I still felt like a few more basic supplies would have made a difference. Laundry was a bit of a hassle—no clear instructions, and the laundry card (eventually found on the door) was only loaded with 3. A single wash was 2.75 and drying 2.25, but the app required a 10 minimum to reload. I ended up air drying my clothes to avoid the extra cost. On the plus side, the property was nice, parking was easy, and the pool was quiet. The provided beach gear was a great bonus and really appreciated! There were a few inconveniences like slow elevators (one was broken for a few days), a day with water shut off, and two days of pool closures for maintenance—not the host’s fault, just something to note. Overall, a nice stay—comfortable, clean, easy/walkable area and good communication—just could use a few small touches to feel a bit more homey.

Great Location but needs Exterminator

Great Location in vibrant area of Honolulu. Condo was mostly as described although furniture a bit more worn than photos. Greeted with a roach on the kitchen counter when entering unit. Also saw a roach scurry under the bath vanity when I turned on the light. When I investigated under vanity, I found a HoyHoy Roach trap/box on a filthy floor. When I told prop mgr., suggesting that they need an exterminator and not "roach boxes", the response was disappointing. They explained that roaches are common in the tropical environment, they do pest control and roaches likely came from the neighbors. We decided to leave next day-2 days early and respectfully asked for at least some credit for the pest issue and were denied. Even a small compensation would have sufficed, but when you force us to take extra time and energy to contact VRBO and then file a claim with our credit card, that is not a host that cares about customer satisfaction.We also received confusing directions to get in in with a photo of a yellow lockbox - it was black. There also was no fob left to access the pool or front door. They said they would have to find a key fob, then noted the next day that the garage fob works for both after all. New management?We did move to a hotel in the area and also stayed in another VRBO condo in Hawaii that both had no roaches, so it appears they can be controlled with regular treatment.The unit is on the 40th-top floor with only one elevator in dire need of cleaning-maintenance.

Convenient location with parking on the edge of Waikiki

This manager is very attentive, from them step-by-step directions (including pictures) for check-in and check-out, to the quick responses during my stay. A place in Waikiki that includes parking is a major win. I enjoyed the location on the edge of Waikiki as everything I wanted to do was outside of the neighborhood so getting in and out was generally easy. The view is spectacular. Pictures and descriptions of the unit are accurate. It's a 40 story building with 2 elevators so taking that into account, I did not find them particularly slow as some guests noted. The pool and tennis areas could use some updates, but there's plenty of better things to do on Oahu. Otherwise, I would happily stay here again. Mahalo!

Second time in this condo. Almost like I live here. Garage space in higher floor it’s awesome .. so close to laundry room-elevators. Wanted small car … so rented block away from Enterprise … Mitsubishi Mirrage… perfect for tight spaces anywhere.The view was the best .40 Floor.Thank You.

Okay for a home base

Pros: Clean Great views of marina Good enough for what we needed Cons: Noisy (sirens and loud engines - even at 40 floors up) Had to wait for the elevator - sometimes several minutes Needs updating and TLC Gap between bed and wall Over all, it was a decent place to stay as a home base. I don't usually stay in the city - I like the quiet of other areas of Oahu. I wasn't used to the insane traffic and countless one-way roads -- it took FOREVER to get anywhere. However, that is not the fault of the property. The place is definitely dated and needs some work. There were broken "planks" in the floor, fake copper around stove area was warped, and what appeared to be rust in the shower grout. Watch out for the water in the bathroom sink! Don't turn it on too much or you'll get soaked. We had some issues with the internet (I had work to do) and TV the first couple of days, but the host was quick to help, and it got fixed. There was supposed to be an extra key fob on the table, but it wasn't there, and host didn't get it to us. Check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful, especially where to turn to get to the building; it's pretty hidden. Over all, our stay was fine. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but that's as much for the traffic and noise as for the room and elevator. The price was right for making reservations so close to vacation time. Use it for home base and it will work out great for you, especially if you plan on staying in the city the whole time.

I travel to Hawaii for work each year around the same time. The location is great and studio apartment is perfect for my needs while there. Oh, and a safe, secure environment with a place to Park! I will be looking to stay here again next year. Mahalo!

Great views

Love the fact that there is free parking (that was the deal clencher!) and the location is ideal. The check in process was so easy and convenient. The property is a little older so the elevator situation is a bit sketchy but just add the wait time for the elevator into your day and it's not a big deal.
