"Friendly staff. Housekeeping made sure patrons were super courteous, rooms were well stocked with clean towels and anything we needed. The gym and pool areas were great amenities especially if the weather wasn’t perfect. "

"Was ok, but it would have been better if there is a microwave in each room or at least 3 or 4 in the lobby. 1 Microwave in the lobby was not ideal for all the inhouse guests to share with. The guy in the first rent a car was too slow and was lack of customer service. It ruined our plans for that day because he was too slow. Overall was ok because of the location of the hotel. "

"Our stay at The Twin Fin Hotel was absolutely unforgettable. The oceanfront location is simply stunning — waking up to those views every morning felt like a dream. Everything about this place creates the perfect island vibe: relaxed, beautiful, and full of energy at the same time. Being just steps from Waikiki Beach made the entire experience feel effortless and special. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. It’s the kind of place you don’t want to leave. We left with the best memories and can’t wait to come back again. "

"Pool chairs were not very comfy. no cushions and lots of kids at the pool at all hours. Plus, you can not see the ocean from the pool so it just feels like you could be anywhere. The hotel next door A/C unit faces all the poolside rooms so even though we had an ocean partial view all we heard was a massive heating and air unit. Beach is suppppper small and basically unusable for adults. The staff, restaurant on site and rooms were great. Very nice, clean and updated."
