Renting in Waikiki means you renting, regardless in a great spot,

clean towels, same thing ,pillowcase, blankets, and bedsheets, cannot complain about that. Furniture in this unit required immediate replacement, table futon queen, bed chairs, kitchenware, and pretty much everything (except for Samsung TV mounted on the wall).

leak in bathtub

you have a serious leak in th bathtub and the mattress needs. to be replaced other than that every thing was great!!!

Amazing Hawaii

This was my first visit to Hawaii and it was so wonderful I will visit again. Location of accommodations were beyond my expectations…close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Nice night life and safe area. A few items to consider with 1009, additional nightstand, replace mattress (way too soft/worn) have working ceiling fan and check electrical outlet connected to aircon. A few times sparks appeared while trying to secure floor fan to same outlet. Other than that I had a fantastic stay. Mahalo

Great affordable location for Waikiki

Loved staying here. A lot of places don't provide a parking space, this one does in a secure parking garage attached to the building! The lobby with the bathrooms were lovely. Super easy to walk to the beach and all of the shops. A great location to drive from. A tap bit noisy at night, but ear plugs and the air conditioner definitely help with that! Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

Short but sweet stay

The condo was the perfect place for us! Very close to restaurants, the beach, and had an easy spot for us to park for free. The building felt secured and safe and the city noise was not too bad if you keep all the windows and door shut. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Amenities and so close to the beach

Awesome place two blocks off Waikiki Beach. The parking spot is super nice to have. The full kitchen is super great too. I’d still give it 5 stars but the o my thing to note is you hear a lot of street noise. Bring some earplugs and it will be fine.

This property was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything including TONS of shopping, local restaurants, dessert, and even Waikiki Beach. It was very comfortable and had plenty of space as a studio. The property complex is a little outdated compared to other complexes in the area, but it was clean and the price for the location is hard to beat. The pool is small with limited seating, but in good condition and we enjoyed an afternoon there. Check-in and check-out was incredibly easy, but there's not always a person in the lobby area so you'll need to rely on check-in instructions from emails and the app.

Excellent place to stay

The condo was fantastic! We had a designated parking spot which is huge! Location to everything was perfect! If we ever come back again we would probably stay here again.

Just okay

Location is in the middle of it all. Ideal for someone not traveling with kids. It is so loud outside that it can be hard to sleep. The outter wall/sliding door wall isn't even a real wall so all the noise comes through. Finding where to park was a hassle because the entrace is through a driveway that says "exit". Took us almost an hour to figure this out. Also, be mindful the parking entrance is on a one- way street and you are surrounded by one way streets,so if you miss it, you gotta go all the way around. We arrived on a saturday and called the service number for help only to end up at an automatated message because that number is only good monday-friday. Had to leave a message on a number for "real emergencies". Someone did eventually call us back. Room is very outdated. The fridge door was SO squeeky that it woke up my daughter while trying to grab something from the fridge. Eventually had to put a drop of soap on the hinges because it was so loud. The bed was literally broken. We slept soo uncomfortably and eventually realized (sheer coincidence while trying to get a toy my kiddo dropped and went under the bed) that the frame was literally broken down the center. We sent an email to the manager who sent out a maintenance worker. The employee did arrive and was quick however had to return later to actaully replace the frame , mind you we had stuff planned and had to leave so the worker had to return when we were gone. The worker said the mattress could not be replace without prior approval so we still slept on a bed that felt like it had busted springs. We would roll into each other or feel like we would roll off the bed because the springs felt wornout. Floor did not seem to be swept when we arrived, yet they have a vacuum and broom there for you to do so. The laundry is a shared washer and dryer (only 1 of each for the whole floor), not in unit, so its always being used. They leave a binder with instructions on having to fill out another form and turning it into the front desk. We did not have said form as they said and had to get it from the front desk. We seemed to always miss the person working the front until a few days after our check in. Felt like we had to spend a lot of time communicating with staff which is the last thing we want to do on vacation. The bed situation literally made us want to just go home. The futon was also very old and worn. Disappointing that a business would not ensure working and good items. Will not return.

Convenient location, nice condo, free parking

Location is wonderful. Close to beach, Ross, Boba tea shop, ABC, restaurants and best of all FREE PARKING! You will not find th8s anywhere else. (Rent a small car, as the upper parking ramp has a tight turn). Plus, no resort fee. This room had ample towels and beach towels. Well stocked kitchen appliances and gadgets if u want to cook. Furniture is a bit dated but that was not important as it had what we needed, (which was a Queen bed and flip couch/bed). It was all useful and functional. Clean room. Location is close to the center of basically everything. Stayed at Marine Surf for all my vacations since 2015 and love everything about my stays here. Laundry on site. Key fob entry feels secure. Night security often walks thru the parking garage to keep things safe just in case. Some outside noise from rowdy folks from nearby bars late at night but the A/C masks that mostly. A/C is a bit noisy but I find it more like white noise. Very pleasant stay here and highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay

Good location - only complaint was the tap water tasted a little off compared to our stay a few blocks away. Property manager was very helpful and gave our kids an extra blanket.

Super Lage

Das Apartment entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Es ist klein aber sauber. Das Doppelbett war sehr gut. Wir waren jedoch zu 3 und benötigten daher die Ausziehcouch. Darauf zu schlafen ist jedoch der pure Wahnsinn und eigentlich nicht möglich. Hier wäre ein Austausch dringend notwendig. Sonst kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Der Strand und die Einkaufsstraße sind 2 Gehminuten entfernt.
