“They are in need of new pillows on the bed. The elevators needed to be vacuumed badly. They breakfast was good”

Opted for 2nd floor which may of been a mistake because of the location of the room which was a long journey for 2 seniors!! Upon arrival we noticed that there was no microwave. We are on restricted diets and bring our food from home to reheat. Called the front desk and said we didn't have a microwave in the room. He replied that you only get a……

“There is something seriously wrong in their management. Either the cleaning crew is not doing their job, and giving false information to the desk team. And, no one from the management bothers to verify cleaning crew’s tasks.”

“The front desk staff was nice but the room was not clean. There were stains and burn holes on the sheets and hair throughout the bathroom.”
