"We checked in on Thursday. Friday morning I called the desk and told them that housekeeping does not need to change sheets because we are staying only three nights. This turned out to be a huge mistake, because our room was not made up once during the stay. All I was doing was trying o save time for the staff. When we left on Sunday morning the glasses were still in the sink since Thursday night. We had to call the desk twice to request towels, coffee and coffee cups. We finally called and he bed was made yup, not changed, on Saturday night. The service was so-so. We were in room 305."

"There was a syringe in the wastebasket in the room (they did refund one nights stay because of this). The floors in the room were sticky and dirty. The whole hotel smelled strongly of artificial cleaner scents. The breakfast options were meager and limited. "

"Older needs good cleaning. Very musty smell in halls and the shower curtain made our room smell of mildew. Other than that, good stay!"

"Squeaky clean room with plenty of space for 2. Nice, free breakfast, super friendly staff. We didn't use the pool or gym but saw others who did. Pet friendly! $75 for the first night. I'd definitely stay here again, but will book directly from the hotel next time."
