「I did not like how Hot it was inside the building when you first walked in. The associate wasn’t friendly at all when I checked in. Then the room I was given had a really noisy A/c unit so it was hard for me to sleep that night. I solo travel for work so the area was nice and well lit. The room was clean but the A/c unit was very noisy and to me that’s unacceptable. The breakfast was terrible as well. Overall I would not be coming back to stay here.」

「This hotel stay was terrible. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm when we arrived at 3:30 we were asked to come back in a half an hour because the room was still being cleaned. We came back 30 minutes later and went to take a shower there were dirty wash clothes and towels in the room and it very clearly had not been cleaned. When I went to the front desk, they offered me a 10% discount. When i went to check out they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about but told me they would talk...
