Extended Stay America Hopatcong hotels

"No coffee in line until 6 … most travelers are up early…. Room coffee terrible. Room HVAC unit very loud, TV had no reception, it was late and didn’t want to wait to get repaired. Someone should ensure everything is operational."

"Thousands of beautiful tulips all around, eating/restaurant opportunities were excellent, parking was easy. Only issue was therre were not enough clothes carts available at check out"

"We were told our room was unavailable when we called, but by the time we arrived 2 hrs later, accommodation had been made. The manager was very nice. The other staff did not seem to answer the phone when she was there. We would call with no answer, but if we went downstairs a minute later she would be sitting right there. The breakfast was extremely limited - "a to go" or something - one donut and a cup of coffee. No where to sit. We were also told this hotel houses several homeless individuals, and that things were stolen from the hallway. when meant for the person in the room it was left at. In general, the two bookings we made through you this trip were of much lower quality than we have experienced before. This was very disappointing."
