“The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are amazing. The place has easy access and free parking. The only thing that needs a major upgrade is the bathrooms. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area. ”

“This place was incredibly clean! Brazil is already very clean, but this place is perfect for anyone with OCD. They are constantly cleaning and it's really spotless. The food was also amazingly good, with good portion sizes, despite the high prices. We were truly impressed by the quality. In addition to that, the property itself is huge, with so much to do, to see and to experience. Truly outstanding. Unfortunately, we were frustrated by the reception staff and their inability to agree on……

“The hotel has very nice quality of buffet breakfast, really enjoyed it. Conveniently located between city center and freeway (closer to freeway), which gives you the convenience of accessing both. The rooms are old, and a bit dusty on the floor, and has only few sockets usable. Only one chair at my room, which I wonder where should another person be sitting at?”

“Já conheci vários hotéis, mas este hotel foi o que tive o melhor atendimento. Desde da recepção, das funcionárias responsável pela limpeza e das funcionárias no café da manhã. Todos muito gentis, solícitos e educados. O Hotel é bem organizado, decorado e ótima localização. Praticamente ao lado do Shopping Jundiaí. Manobrista a postos assim que chegamos. Atendimento vip. Super recomendo!”
