“The pool and courtyard were lovely. The room spacious, but could use a good cleaning/updating. The staff are nice. I would ask about convention/private events during your stay because it might effect your peaceful enjoyment of the facilities.”

“The room bathroom condition was very outdated. The shower grout was worn, the shower smelled of sulfur every time we used it (from drain). The room bathroom in particular could use some maintenance and tune up. ”

“It was a decent place to stay. The toilet paper holder, shower head, shower curtain rod were all hanging off. Seems like a little TLC would go a long way. Also, the AC never got cold which in AZ kinda stinks. But again, it was decent.”

“I would definitely return but there were issues with my room, 32D. Mold in shower and basin, scratched or damaged furniture, walls and baseboards needed painting, etc. The exterior of the property is well looked after but the rooms need more scrutiny and maintenance attention. Very nice Drybar blowdryer provided. That was great. The coffee machines need to be upgraded though. Replace those cheap Braun machines w/ good quality Nespresso. ”

“I traveled with spouse and daughter and it was a good time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The gentleman working on the property was amazing, hard working, friendly and funny. The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. Breakfast availability was very limited and the neighborhood is not one to stroll around.”
