The property is in a nice area, easily walkable to airport and restaurants but the toilet and washroom are discussing and filthy with no toilet paper at all. I could not use it at all. The actual room is unmaintained, the internet did not work or the broken computer monitor that was for watching tv. Most biggest problem that should never be is the washroom.

The place was conveniently close to Gatwick and Horley. The manager was nice but overfriendly. As a solo traveler, he made some jokes that made me uncomfortable. The place was pretty much what I expected.

Old and rundown but fine for a night

Owner was friendly. Place was old and needed maintenance. The bathroom (sink and shower) was dirty and not working properly.

Value in London

Okay this is not five star accommodation, but 8min from Gatwick and £40 a night it does the job. I had a single room for one night to pick up family from the Airport, my other option was to start my journey at 3am. Nice little room, with a wash hand basin, tea coffee making facilities, microwave and TV. The shower room/ WC was the next room and ample for a one night stay.

Do not stay!

Floor hadn’t been hoovered, cobwebs everywhere, was colder in the room than outside. We did not feel safe. We booked a travel lodge and left as soon as we could. Place needs shutting down.

Toilet were really dirty, room the floor was smelling, really old stuff, although for the price and be next to the airport, it’s ok to just sleep for a few hours.

Was dirty stayed three days towels we’re not changed bedding not changed had buy bottle sponges and flash spar to clean the bathroom public hair in sink no heating Was given a little heater that did knowing to warm the room if hadn’t been essential to stay there would walked out

Mildew on the walls, especially in the shower, stained towels... Drafty windows that seem weak barrières against exterior noise. Needs attention to render the comfort level acceptable.

No reception. I arrived at 20.00 . The front door was open. No one or no instructions on where my room was. I had to guess it was a room with a key in the door. Room was cold- no heating. Towel was dirty. Bathroom was filthy.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We arrived to our keys on the porch behind a small box, in our room was a very dirty carpet, dirty coffee cups, dirty water glasses, garbage on table from used sugar packs, unbelievably dirty shower, black dirt surrounded drain and in walls, spider ens and dirt on walls and by bed etc. cigarette burns on duvet, and dirty as well. Curtains half hanging off windows.
