Kitzbühel Hornkoepfl Ski Lift Hotels

"No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out. "

"10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel. "

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"Lovely chalet apartment on the outskirts of town. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and very comfortable overall. The walk to lifts and town center was about 12-15 mins. The only issue we had was that the hot water ran out on us a couple times when 5 adults needed pre dinner showers. "
