Die Zudecken waren extrem dünn und leider keine weiteren Decken vorhanden. Die Lage zum Heidepark ist gut, man kann ihn fußläufig erreichen."

Am ersten Tag hatten wir Stromausfall. Die Sicherung ist rausgeflogen, weil durch ein nicht abgedichtetes Leck in der Spüle, Wasser in eine Steckdose lief. "Ich bin aus Costa Rica nach Lüneburg gereist, um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Lage macht wirklich den Unterschied, um die Stadt in der Weihnachtszeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert."
