“This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.”

“This was an enchanting condo experience. The pictures don’t do the 180 view justice, it is incredible. Best unit on the entire property. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedroom with comfy bed with windows overlooking the lake. TV setup was perfect, although we spent most time reading by the pool and in the hot tub. Highly recommend staying! Host was super communicative and accommodating.”

“Loved the property and our unit. It's a little farther out than expected, but wasn’t a big deal. Lots of deer around and areas to walk. Played tennis - lights are very dim for night play, but we still had fun. Talking about a Thanksgiving visit!”

“We enjoyed our getaway at Horseshoe Bay. The property is well kept and the condo is just lovely. The property is clean, well furnished, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The community at Horseshoe Bay is also a bonus. Everybody we encountered was so kind. Our hosts were wonderful and available if we needed them. They provided a list of nearby restaurants and offered assistance for excursions. We have family in the area with a pontoon boat, and sailing over the bay was great.……

“Not enough electric outlets in master bedroom or bathroom. Deck appeared to have never been swept or furniture vacuumed. No view of the lake. Otherwise it was all good.”

“My husband and I had a great staying at this condo on Lake Travis. The condo was clean, attractive, and well-stocked. The host even left us eclipse glasses and phone filters to use for the big event! The grounds of the condo community were also really beautiful. When the host warns you to keep an eye out for deer, they aren’t kidding! Deer were EVERYWHERE in this area and they have no fear of humans. They regularly congregated in the condo’s grassy common areas in the evening. Drive very……

“This condo really deserves better housekeeping. Upon check in I had to dig back thru past emails to find the door code..it could have been much simpler by sending it in the day of arrival text. My first notice that the housekeeping was a miss was upon drying my hands on a hand towel that had food particles on it..the same red chile food stain was on the duvet in MB. Also fresh large carpet stains in the MB... The balcony could have been more appealing by a little sweeping and dusting off of……

“This beautful Horseshoe Bay condo is in pristine condition and includes a super spacious back patio with a spectacular view overlooking Lake LBJ and the Yacht club. Jon, one of the owners was super responsive and easy to work with which contributed to a wonderful stress free stay. Highly recommend!”

“Overall the property met my expectations. The property pool was not cleaned daily so I did not get to use the pool. Friday the indoor pool has sand in the bottom on Saturday outdoor pool had hair and other debris on the bottom. Recommend both pools be cleaned daily prior to opening. On-site restaurant did not open for food service on Saturday evening due to family emergency. We had to go into town for dinner. Nothing posted on their website to give notice no food service.”

“I began our stay with great trepidation. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her. All would have been so much easier for me if……
