Good place to stay.

Great porch, grill worked really well. Lots of dishes. Very clean. It’s a great central location to get to all the surrounding wineries and distilleries. We were very comfortable and felt safe in the area. The stairs to the front door were not a deterrent at all for us, just be prepared for them.

Perfect weekend getaway

It was the perfect place to rest our head. Great location and easy access to town. Slightly disappointed in the waterfront portion. Was hoping for a nice spot to swim. But wasnt comfortable swimming. Although the view was beautiful and peaceful.

Amazing getaway

Everything we expected and more!! the place is very private. very clean. our twin toddlers caught their first fish in that little pond. the view from the porch is nice and relaxing. there is an awesome hiking trail 4-5 mns away. we saw alot of deer on our last day. This was our first time in Marble Falls and we loved it!

Meticulously clean and affordable

This was a great little home for our family of four and two dogs. Meticulously clean inside and spaciously comfortable for us. They had a kayaks and paddle boards out the back for the kids to play with. Bring fishing poles and fish outside the backyard. Nice location, quiet, trails nearby, all around nice for spring break. Kids are 13 and 9 and had a blast.

Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The deck was very enjoyable for breakfast, dinner and just hanging out. The property had everything we needed but I would suggest that they have coffee available for at least the first couple of days. We did have a lot of trouble getting the master room bathroom fixture to work. There need to be instructions or the fittings need to be replaced with more modern ones. You can’t swim in the lake which was disappointing. Other than that we were very comfortable.

Very disappointed

We had an unfortunate emergency concerning my Wife's mother in which we had to put her into the hospital right before we were fixing to leave for the property and even though we had paid for travel insurance it wasn't worth the paper it was wrote on. We were advised by Verbo that they would have to cancel our trip without refund and could not schedule for a different time. We were wanting to try Verbo but with this kind of service we will be looking elsewhere the next time as I am an executive elite emerald with Marriott Hotels and travel a lot.
