“quiet throughout hotel, despite proximity to 101 clean everywhere evening wine and cookies in upstairs glass-walled room was lovely”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……

“Our room was impeccably clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed how open and inviting the breakfast room is. Before checkout, we hung out in the lounge and waited for the rain to stop. ”

“飯店有不錯的景觀，可以直接看到金門大橋， 房間也乾淨整潔。 停車的地方離房間約走路3分鐘，路上幾乎沒有路燈非常黑， 所以晚上出門記得使用房間內準備的手電筒。 餐廳並不是之前在網路上查到的不優的 buffet， 而是變成是點餐式的，點了牛排還不錯。 ”

“Room looked like it was recently renovated within the last year or so - clean, streamlined. One thing I did not like is that as a global entity you did not offer complimentary breakfast as many others do. I thought the lady when i checked in said they serverd breafast which i thought was continental. When i went down it was a counter to "buy" items - very disappointing based on the global reach you have. thought you could do better than that. ”

“This is by far the most beautiful and cleanest boutique hotel in which I have ever stayed. The employees provide flawless service and do it with enthusiasm and grace. I will never stay anywhere else in SF.”

“Having free parking was a great perk. Very close to Chestnut and Union street where you can walk around for shopping and food. Great staff and professional courtesy. ”
