「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. There was a mix up when i arrived, but it was quickly fixed with a short call to the owners from the gal working there in the restaurant (who was extremely friendly and helpful). I loved the convenience of self-check-in and out and having the restaurant and bar underneath, which was amazing.
