"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious and the Maids were pleasant. The pool was clean and well kept. We dined at the Tides Restaurant and that was a fun experience. Great food and great service. Staff was always friendly. The only downfall for us was the night we arrived. We got in late, and we couldn’t find a restaurant to eat at because all the eateries in Bodega Bay closed at 8p/8:30p. And the restaurant at the hotel is reservation ONLY and they weren’t taking anymore reservations for the night :("
"It was tough to find a good hotel up here on our road trip, but Bodega Bay Lodge ended up being such a wonderful surprise. The view from the property is absolutely amazing — you can just sit and watch the bay for hours. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water were the perfect way to relax after driving, and the fire pits at night made it feel so cozy.
The restaurant on site was excellent, with fresh seafood and a great wine list, so we didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else for dinner. In the morning, we took a walk down to Bodega Beach, which was such a peaceful start to the day. The whole place has this mix of comfort, charm, and relaxation that made us wish we had planned to stay longer.
We’d definitely come back on another trip — it’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and really enjoy the moment."

"This Bodega Bay rental was situated in a fantastic location, with amazing views of the bay. It was so nice to wake up to the sounds of seagulls and see the water right outside the bedroom window. We had breakfast on the deck which was facing the bay. The hot tub was also a special treat. This too had stunning views and was so relaxing. The rental was within walking distance to a store and in the middle of lots of restaurants. Accommodations were good, the place being very cozy. I wouldn't recommend of large families. Since it's on the main hwy, there is only 1 parking space. The loft could accommodate 1 maybe 2 kids. For us, this was a perfect romantic getaway for me and my husband. We very much enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again next time we are in Bodega Bay. "
