「We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. 「I’ve stayed at Surrey Resort twice now and each time has been an exceptional stay. The location is right outside of downtown and walkable so you can just leave your car parked during your stay. Parking is easy with no issue finding a spot. Check in is easy while being informative as you’re staying in a tent and not a room in typical hotel. Staff was generous in giving us a late time to leave, but often, there was no one available to help us with issues, and we had to leave multiple voicemails before someone got back to us.」
