Modern cottage in convenient but rural setting

This has very recently been modernised, everything is new. The result is quite sparse: the walls are all a clinical white, with no decoration on them, except a clock in the kitchen, and there are no curtains, only roller blinds. It was generally very clean, except for the oven and some utensils, which seemed to have been overlooked. The beds are quite comfortable, with sufficient storage in the bedroom. The grounds are pleasant, the main feature being a lake of about an acre or so, which you can walk around. There is a pub close by, although walking along the main road at night might put some people off.
