「Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

「We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. Communication was excellent, the house very clean, and it was so nice to stay somewhere with character and history in equal measure! Many thanks :)」

「Lovely place for our short weekend trip. Property was well kept, clean, well stocked and roomy. Overall park was nice but not many facilities for young children (the play park could be much better) however the pool was great baby pool well heated! 「We loved our stay at the farm. The ideal location for driving to lovely local towns, Whitstable etc., check-in was very smooth and we were greeted on arrival. The cottage is really well stocked, not the usual rental with no crockery/wine glasses. We even remarked that the bedding & towels smelt so fresh. 「We have stayed at Chesterfield Cottage many times and have always enjoyed it. If you are staying in true this location really can’t be beaten. Literally seconds from the famous Rye landgate and all of the local pubs and restaurants. Also only a few miles from Camber Sands. The cottage itself is very quaint and comfortable and we have found it to always be clean and well maintained. Thoroughly recommended if you want to visit Rye.」

「The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition). Cleanliness, however, was disappointing at best. Fridge, kitchen drawers, oven etc had obviously not been cleaned for a while. All sinks and bathrooms were quite grim, bed...

「All we can say is wow! The property exceeded our expectations big time. Clean, spacious, well kitted out with everything we needed plus extra luxuries we weren’t expecting. We were four couples and so the room configuration worked well. Host Myles was brilliant and really hospitable - we will definitely return at some point.」
