Easter getaway

Location is central to everything in Hot Springs. Easy to get on highways that take you in any direction.Ample shopping & retail just a few blocks away.Quiet one-way street.Inside of house is older and very well kept.Yard & backyard could have been cleaned up a little better

Awesome Thanksgiving stay!

We had a great stay for Thanksgiving here! They had everything we needed! We had kids aged 6-18, dog, and adults and it was super nice since there was something for all ages. The hot tub and fire pit were a HUGE highlight! We went into town for an evening to watch a movie and walk around downtown and I loved how close we were to everything. Everyone said they would stay here again!!

Senior trip 2024

It was a great place not far from the attractions we planned. The house was very large and allowed planty of room for all guests to be able to be comfortable. The backyard patio was very nice place to relax abd enjoy the scenary. The playground is a plus for kids as well as the fenced in yard for pets. Donna was always available to answer any questions we had. Great stay! Awesome for large groups.

Perfect Family Getaway

I have a large family and it isn't always easy to find a rental thats big enough. This property was perfect and all of the teenagers felt like they had their own space. Christmas Lights

Trip over to see the Christmas lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens! Fabulous! Great place to stay - plenty of room, great common spaces! Adults enjoyed the hot tub and kids took advantage of the playground in the back yard!! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home is not only spacious and family-friendly but also packed with thoughtful amenities that made our trip unforgettable. The hot tub was a standout feature, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. There was also a great children's areas outside, as well as a firepit. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located near great shopping and dining options, making it easy to grab a meal or shop for necessities. Being just 5 minutes from downtown and the casino was a huge bonus—we could enjoy the excitement of the city without having to deal with long drives.The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.If you’re looking for a place that’s convenient, relaxing, and perfect for families, this property checks all the boxes.

Centrally Located to good food, casino, and downtown

Donna is readily available for any questions or concerns. She asked if we need a kennel for our pups but we already had one in tow! We appreciated her southern hospitality! The home is spacious and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub- what an experience and we left your home a little sad that our vacay was over! Back to our home state of Texas where our busy lives are waiting on us…….

Amazing Home!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property had everything we needed and provided some additional touches that made our visit even more pleasant. We had a dog and large kennel was provided. We had brought one, but having the large kennel spoiled our dog. The yard, deck and Hot Tub were amazing and made the experience even better. This is probably one of the best rentals we have stayed at. We are hoping to come back sometime next year, if possible. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Bed bugs

The house initially seemed pretty good. It was reasonably clean and had a large deck and yard that was good for hanging out. However, we found multiple bed bugs in the queen bed in the upstairs bedroom on the right. We immediately left and had to rent a hotel. The owner issued a refund for our stay, but the infestation needs to be professionally treated before allowing additional renters.

Great place to stay while in Hot Springs

Large, quiet house with plenty of space. Clean. Enjoyed our stay there. It was convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit. Just a heads up, there are two flights of stairs from the deck down to the large fenced in backyard. Something to consider if you have a dog with mobility or vision issues. Our old dog needed us to light the stairs with a flashlight after dark. Once down, he loved the backyard.

Spacious and beautiful property

My husband and I stayed with our fur baby who loved the huge backyard. The deck and the house were well maintained and the decor was tasteful and pretty. There are a lot of level changes both on the deck to get to the yard, and in the house. This was not a problem for us, and there are handrails for all of it. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked very inviting. This property is near restaurants and retail yet it has a wonderful country feel. It was the best of both worlds. The pictures and description matched it exactly. It was even better in person. If we had to make any suggestions it would be to add landscape lighting to the backyard because it gets very dark at night. When we took our pup out in the evening we had to use flashlights. This was not a big deal, and there are lights for the deck. But once you're in the yard, the deck lights aren't quite enough. All in all a great property and a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back! We will definitely be back!
