"Lovely hotel in a great location a couple of minutes walk from the Old Town bars and restaurants. Great view over the beach which was a few minutes walk away. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quiet place to relax whilst being very close to the night life if you want it."

Luxury 5 Bed Villa with private pool close to The Marina and Old Town

"Communication was slow - questions were asked and responded to eventually sometimes after asking a second time, we had no check in details on arrival, we had to phone for the key safe code, the reply I had was keycode as stated in the arrival infomation - we didn't have any. We found the villa comfortable for the price we paid although the cleaning could have been better. No clear instructions for the safe.and no codes supplied, we figured this out ourselves.Caitlyn called to see how we were later in the day and to let her know if we had any issues. We found the pool had become cloudy by the end of the 3rd day and before we could discuss this with Caitlyn, the pool guys turned up the following morning, to clean and check levels, they found the pump was not working hence the murky water, they also filled the pool up as it was quite low, so the heating that we had paid for was pointless that day, so we went to the beach. As it was our last day, we didn't get to enjoy the clean pool.We were a party of 8 and there was only 6 sunbeds. Tiles are missing from in the pool and steps, and the pump covers are missing or broken, which is a safety concern. Little instruction on check out. We made our own judgement on this. Minibus turned up 30 mins late after I rang to see where it was - Roger apologised and messaged to check we had made our flight.Good holiday, villa is in a good location, a few upgrades needed in the pool area. Beds very comfortable and good facilities throughout."
