“It was an amazing stay! ”

“La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado, exactamente a lado de la plaza del artista, lo cual nos fascinó. Muchísimas tiendas, bares, restaurantes y lugares de interés alrededor. No interactúas con nadie del personal y el conserje tarda un poco de tiempo en contestar. Aunque fueron muy claros desde el principio al decir que no se trataba de un hotel. Fue confuso al principio encontrar los departamentos, una vez encontrados todo fue perfecto. ”

“L'appartamento è davvero bello, anche se un po buio, per noi che siamo stati poco a casa andava bene. Si trova una zona perfetta per la vicinaza a negozi, ristoranti, attrazioni, metro e bus. Il grosso problema è la totale assenza di assistenza, avevamo un problema che ci ha tenuto svegli una notte intera e nessuno risponde nel weekend, nemmeno al sabato. Ci siamo arrangiati ma questo disagio ha rovinato la nostra permanenza. ”

“Pros: Location couldn’t have been better! New and clean bathrooms and the place is very cozy.Cons: very loud building entry doors that slam all throughout the night. Prepare to sleep with earplugs. Mattresses very super thin and hard. Skylight in bunk room was bright and kids had to wear eye masks every night.”

“The apartment was not "cozy" as advertised. We had no hot water for two days, linens were dirty, and the mattresses were not comfortable.”

“Anna was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her place will be my go-to every time I return to Paris. The apartment was perfect — two comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom with an amazing soaking tub, and a fully equipped kitchen that made everything easy.The location truly cannot be beat. We had a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower from both the living room and the master bedroom — it felt like a dream waking up to it every morning. “A spacious, spotless, and very comfortable three-bedroom apartment in good condition. The location is unbeatable — art galleries, cafés, restaurants and the Metro are all just steps away — yet it’s remarkably quiet. Air-conditioning and a lift made it especially convenient. Highly recommended.”

“Clean and comfortable. Incredible location - watch the world pass over Pont Neuf from bed! Smart TV, heated towel rail, toiletries provided. Bed is beautifully outfitted and so comfortable. 10/10”

“First floor apartment with a small lift in an area with many dining options, several metro stops and walkable to Nôtre Dane, Louvre and many sites. Rooms very clean and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer used with ease. Two sofa beds in the living room we used for the five of us. Two beds with very, very firm mattresses. Like many Parisian apartments, very small and keeping luggage in the lounge was the only option as the rooms only fit a bed. Instructions for the key very well presented.……

“Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not……
