“When I was taking shower, suddenly all light was off and I took the shower in a darkness. When I enquire whether there was any problem for the electricity in the hotel, the staff said that it was normal and the electricity was stable. The staff eventually arranged another bedroom to us. However, the bedroom was found very dirty with insect inside. The hair dryer was terribly dusty with hair. I and my husband wanted to have dinner at the restaurant but there was no staff for us to make an order.……

“Hotels.com relocated us to this hotel after the original hotel we booked couldn’t check us in due to being overbooked. We arrived for check in at 1am tired having spent most the day travelling. The person who checked us in was rude and demanded that hotels.com pay for 15 days worth of parking as that is what they saw on their system. “The room is basic but for that price what do you expect. Hotel location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the tube station. Good continental breakfast is served in the morning.
