"The hotel is a top notch hotel strategically located near tunjungan Plaza. The staff are very helpful and friendly with super clean rooms and a big tv to stream your favourite shows and movies on sites like Netflix and the breakfast was excellent."

"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."

"Manglende toiletpapir, sengen var redt op men sengetøjet var ikke skiftet. Bruseren fungerede slet ikke, sorte hår ved håndvasken og værelset var generelt snusket og urent."
