“Super cute and quaint and very close to several local spots in the Hill. A nice park across the street. Sofa and sofa bed not very comfy but the bed was nice. It’s the perfect space for a weekend stay! ”

“Visited St Louis with hubs and kiddos in tow to appreciate the arch. Sought out this location because of the feel of home in the decor and the neighborhood. Upon visiting, my expectations were exceeded. The history of the hill, the small shops with welcoming clerks, the authentic Italian restaurants within walking distance AND the gelato shop woo-ed me and my family. We were gifted with a few rainy days which the host thought of in advance as there were books (adult and kid friendly) board games……

“My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.”

“Nice neighborhood with convenient on street parking. Excellent location with walking distance to several local eateries and Shaw Botanical Gardens. Full size bed and twin bed were comfy. Very nice stay!”

“My sister and brother-in-law and I climbed the steep stairs to the 2nd floor and immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and gorgeous woodwork and pocketdoors and floors. Exceptionally clean, gorgeously placed plants and wall decorations. It couldn’t have been done better and the decos were far superior to wall hangings in many fancy hotel rooms. Kevie is the host with the most. I texted him 3x and each time, he responded. If you have climbing issues, perhaps this is not a good fit.……

“Beverly and Tim were great hosts! The place is super cute, clean, and comfy. Very close to dining options and touristic places. I went with my partner to ser the Eclipse, but we were also able to walk around Saint Louis and know more about the city. If we'll come back to St. Louis, we'll definitely be in touch with then again. Very happy to have stayed there :) ”
