“The dead lock on the door of room 219 did not work. Television was difficult to work. Need to have instructions.”

“Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not……

“I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. That I was going to take Anna back to Nashville with me! Lol. Also there was plenty of free parking! They do offer a free breakfast. I will return! And you can thank Anna……

“Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. We would not stay here again unless absolutely forced to, and……

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
