“Nice place in the heart of Dickson. Walkable to all the quaint shops and restaurants. The train is close by, but it didn’t bother us. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. Will book again in the future.”

“The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the host communication was excellent. A very clean property and you cannot beat the price!”

“We never got into the location due to lack of communication from the host and unwillingness to fix the issue of wrong passcode for lock. It took hours to get a response and we had to stay at a hotel. The only positive is that he did fully refund us. ”

“We enjoyed this house and the location was perfect for us. We love the proximity to downtown Clarksville and Austin Peay State University.”

“Enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Great location in Clarksville. Comfortable & clean 1 bedroom unit. Owner responds immediately to inquiries. Would stay here again.”

“Good location. Lock issues the first day caused me to not be able to check in and had to get a hotel. Great Japanese restaurant within feet of the property. Building is definitely aged and has some issues. Property was clean and comfortable. Would rate 7/10Deposit was high and the process and time to get it refunded was excessive ”
