「Pet friendly property with amazing sheets and both towels for the humans. Loved the coffee bar and access to laundry. Location was also good for some locals who were preparing to move out of state. Communication was also really good.」

「Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in.」

「Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well.」
