"Cozy little cottage located very close to downtown Palestine with great shops and restaurants. The house has been recently updated and was perfect for three couples. Our host was easy to contact and took good care of us….check-in and check-out was very easy."

The ad makes no mention of availability of M.O., coffee pot, place settings, which were very much appreciated, nor absence of kitchen, so we brought our own.
