Feel safe and secure as you enter this centrally located, contemporary townhouse via a community gate and in through your private entrance to the home. You will be greeted by your first fully ensuite bedroom on the first floor.
On the 2nd level you will find a modern kitchen with a huge island to gather around and enjoy the meals you've made with the provided pots and pans. Are you a coffee afficionado? We got you...enjoy a delicious cup made with the keureg coffee machine that's available for your use. Or you may opt for a selection of tea instead.
Off the living room, you will find a beautiful outdoor balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air or throw something quick on the grill. There is also a 1/2 bathroom for you and your guests. Just in case you need to do some work, we have created a fantastic work station in a quiet cove on the 2nd floor. Afterwards enjoy streaming content using your own account on the smart TV.
The main bedroom and 3rd bathroom are also ensuite and are located on the 3rd floor.
As a bonus, you will have access to a 4th floor which has a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the community view with your entire group.
