Great spot for an economic stay. Very basic; stayed with kids. Felt comfortable and safe. We got in late so we were disappointed the vending machines didn’t have water but easy on and off the hwy. We would stay again

Decent place to stay

While we stayed the rooms were spacious and clean they are working on a remodel of the rooms so there was lot of noise early in morning but the hotel for most part is a decent place to stay

Facilities are a bit old, yet the hotel crew makes their best to have it cleaned daily. It’s a good option to sleep if you’re looking for a spot near downtown and has access to quick routes. Lobby personnel is very helpful and friendly.

Pretty good

Long drive completely exhausted been going since 5:30am. Bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower/bat was perfect. The breakfast was okay but it didn't have any meat or eggs. I wanted grits and bacon but got a mini waffle with water instead. No apple juice just water came out and the cranberry juice was orange. The coffee machine was nice with its different options for my husband.

Room is clean and bed is comfortable not just a hard mattress. Haven’t seen any bugs and neighbors were all quiet. I came back for a second night and honestly will probably stay here everytime I have to come to Houston. The guy at the desk is very nice and friendly.

Upon check in, the staff was wonderful and very kind to me. The rooms are as clean as you can get for the price, and the cleaning staff was super friendly also. The location was right off a highway so it was easy and fast to get to where I needed. Breakfast is very important to me, and they had great breakfast but no hot breakfast besides waffles.. So be prepared for no eggs or sausage! The waffles did just fine however and got us full on top of the yogurt and their coffee machine. Their coffee machine is modern, so it serves hot chocolate and that was amazing! My only complaint is when I was checking out I stopped by the closed breakfast area to fill up my Stanley cup with water from their juice fountain (which was locked because breakfast stopped at 9am and that’s no problem) but it was just for the water that wasn’t locked, since it is JUST water, and one of the female workers came by and immediately started yelling at me saying breakfast was closed. Which is obvious btw because there is absolutely nothing to grab there, they even take away the paper cups once they close down, so there was nothing I could’ve “taken”. Once I told her it was just water (as she was still yelling at me) she calmed down but started yelling it’s not filtered like GIRL okay. Like why are you mad and immediately yelling at me?? Besides that the rest of the staff was 10/10, I hope she stops the immediate yelling at people with no context though.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Days Inn during my stay. The room was not clean, and the pillows were covered with yellow stains. There was a bad smell in both the room and the washroom, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. I reported a broken hair dryer multiple times, but no one ever came to fix it. The customer service was unresponsive throughout the stay. Shockingly, the housekeeping staff entered the room without any permission in the name of cleaning, which is a complete violation of privacy. There was visible mold around the bathtub, the silicone was peeling off, and the tiles and bathtub tap were broken. The lighting in the room was also very poor, and there was no room fan, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and responsive place to stay. It seriously needs maintenance and better management.

The gentleman at the front desk was great. Professional down to earth, Kind. For the area What was the issue experienced was the mini fridge and phone did not work. They were broken. Other than that, sheets were clean on both beds. Pillows were fluffy not flat. Water pressure well. Lighted well.

If you're on the run and looking for a low key place to hide, this would be a good option. On the positive side, the staff was nice. On the negative side, the accommodation was pretty bad (and I'm not joking or exaggerating). I would have relocated to another hotel, but figured I'd stay since I already paid for the room. The toilet seat/cover wouldn't stay up and was loose (probably missing a screw). The a/c unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Half of the tv screen was dark so it made it too hard to watch tv. I saw a few cockroaches in the room. The worst part was there was a definite musty odor when you walked into the room. I left Houston with a sinus infection and I have a feeling it was from the bad air in the room or from mold in the a/c unit. Next time I will spend the money and get a decent hotel room that doesn't smell when you walk in from the outside.
