"The front desk people were generally warm. However, the rooms were not well cleaned of dust and the carpet had food crumbs when we got to our room. The pillow cases were crampled, suggesting they were not changed after the previous guest left. When we raised the issue, we were quickly moved to a new room. However, that room also didn't have a handwash and the body lotion was almost empty. The soundproofing is also poor in the rooms. In general, I expected something much better for a Hilton."
