不满意：清洁度
Good upfront communication and easy check in. We arrived later than expected due to traffic (12:30 am). Upon arrival, we found the AC was OFF and it was 80 degrees. It was questionable if some of the bedding had been laundered. The sheets were coming off the mattresses, pilling and generally not in good shape. Towels were not located in the bathrooms, but left in laundry room. The towels were dingy, old and had holes in some. The unit was NOT CLEAN- soap wrappers from previous guest on floor in shower, trash (food wrappers, screws and other materials on floor in various locations). Reported the cleanliness issue to owner and he replied “that wasn’t his intent.” Polite response, but that doesn’t do anything to help the situation. We utilized the garage for parking; I would not want my vehicle on the street (limited parking on extremely narrow street). Washington Ave is also NOT SAFE at night. Side note- no hair dryer was on property, which is a typical amenity provided in rentals. Overall, very disappointing experience.
