Hotel was clean, the beds were very comfy & it was conveniently located with easy parking. The staff was also super friendly & helpful. I had to go with 4 stars though because it was very basic for the price - no frig, no microwave & no place to hang clothes. I’d say if you’re looking for a clean & comfortable place to crash between your Houston adventures, go for it! If you’re looking for luxury or a hotel ‘experience’, this is probably not the place for you.

The room missing a fridge, when i asked for a fridge the front desk refused to provide one till the next day. The cleaning team were so great and provided the fridge themself, the front desk were terrible. The front desk was like .. ah ah ah that’s not available only for suites. The room itself, the bed were broken, the door to access the room was broken and not opening smoothly. They charge me extra $22 I don’t know for what it is reflected on my bank account.. The room were so clean, thanks to the cleaning team. The management were very unprofessional and not good at all. 2 stars for cleaning team only. I am Very unsatisfied with my stay and my experience with expedia. My first time and it wasn’t pleasant experience with Expedia.

Bathtub in 346 looks horrible, paint chips, Stairs to go up to rooms are rusty with holes, huge gap in between door, no way to contact front desk as no phone in rooms, not even a QR code. I hate leaving a bad review bc it looks like this place is really trying… but I feel they missed the mark. I booked it online bc it had a cute retro vibe… but it seems their website has some misleading info… Their site shows “Our ground floor features a stylish restaurant and bar.” I didn’t see a restaurant here. Also there’s no menu to be found. There is seating and tables outside and in the lobby though so maybe that was it? Their “bar” also has no liquor license so they don’t sell cocktails. Their site also shows “All our comfortable rooms feature luxury-grade mattresses…” Our king bed had an old, worn out mattress with sunken in spots, in dire need of replacement. One sheet, one thin comforter, no extra blankets. Our room also smelled musty and felt humid. There’s no microwave and fridge . It looks like you have to pay more for a suite to get those, which I think should be standard equipment in an average hotel room. The courtyard view was nice but it faces the major highway so there’s road noise. If you’re a light sleeper, bring something to drown out noise because you can hear everyone walking by your door and above you if you’re on a lower floor. I will say that the pool area and outdoor seating was very nice and clean. The staff were also really nice. I hope they continue to improve because there is potential there.❤️

La habitacion no tenia closet, ni neverita, los plug de energia no funcionaban todos y la bañera no tenia el tapon para usarla. El desayuno fue espantoso cuando llegue a tomarlo solo habia cafe y terrible y solo habia pan para comer y habian prometido huevos , waffles avena y leche . No lo recomiendo , yo iba a una fiesta y no habia ni planca ni secador de cabello y eso se me dificulto para alistar la ropa que necesitaba para la fiesta que iba

This property is good if you need a reasonably priced option for one night in Houston. Pros: Friendly and hospitable staff, comfortable beds, great location to be a close driving distance to many locations especially in the heights Cons: Walls are paper thin so bring a sound machine to sleep at night, towels are tiny and scratchy, no amenities in the room such as a fridge or microwave. Overall would stay again and recommend if you just need an option for a quick stay while in the heights.
