Stay was really good! House was just like pictures online and it was easy to get in contact with house owner! House was clean and easy to check into! Only thing was parking since the street was so small but it all worked out! Would definitely stay again!

Good Place to Stay in Houston

Property is a nice 3-story house located in close proximity to the Washington Avenue nightlife. I misread the pictures and assumed more beds were at the property than there were. There was not enough bed space for 10 grown men. The property owner was very responsive.

Quick overnight stay

Had a small hiccup getting into the door with the correct code but the property manager was very responsive. Some areas of the upstairs bathroom were not clean but overall the property was comfortable for me and my family.

Overall Subpar

PROS: location and quality of the houseCONS: house was stocked with only hand soap. Lacking many basics…only a 1/4 of a roll of paper towel remaining and none in stock, only a couple of rolls of toilet paper in the house. I’m glad we didn’t need to use the kitchen because it too lacked all of the basic seasonings and pantry items for cooking. The house wasn’t very clean. It smelled of Fabuloso cleaner upon entering and it was evident that the floor was mopped worn it because the floors were sticky with the film from it not being rinsed properly. The drawers and cabinets had random personal trash items left from previous renters, I’m assuming…empty water bottles, bawled up paper, dirty hair brushThe house is listed as having 4 bedrooms, yet one of the bedrooms is not an actual room, but rather a partitioned section of the master bedroom, didn’t have a closet etc.. Not ideal if needing that space for another adult. The bedroom on the first level of the house feels dark and isolated since that level of the home is completely empty and unfurnished.Also, it would have been nice for the house to have been cool when we arrived at check in. It was 80 degrees when we arrived and took hours to cool off. Overall, for the price point compiled with the abundant cons, we wouldn’t stay here again.
