OR in the We take your money business? 1. When it LOOKS too good to be true, it is. 2. When corporate property manages YOUR money. 3. When YOU are in the wrong business. I have never felt so unseen, unheard and unappreciated. I came into town for a business trip… And I saw this place and I thought ‘oh what a nice place it’s aesthetically pleasing. Must be comfortable, clean And convenient. WRONG! Check in process became scavenger hunt for keys. Elevator broken literally smashed. There was a bundle of blonde hair there from the previous tenant. I can typically sleep anywhere anytime, but I woke up after up at 5am in the morning with Back Pain. mattress- comparable to a wooden plank. We woke up as we had a Pilates class planned at 7 AM, but as we’re trying to exit the parking lot, the key fob wasn’t opening the garage door. We tried a couple of exits and after several failed attempts I had to pay 20 to get out out of that parking garage. Only to arrive late to our Pilates class door was closed. Not the smoothest. When I came to follow up on refund on parking and mattress I was met with a lack of empathy for the experience I had thus far had. Never once apologized for the morning inconvenience with the fob. They basically told me that I had to deal with a bed situation. They threw me an extra comforter, but we’re not flexible on much whether a different unit without an extra charge, or a partial refund. Basically stuck there. Uncomfortable. If a zero star would be an option.
