Thank you for your interest in this beautiful home! Upon entry, be greeted to soaring 10 foot ceilings, marble flooring, and a modern, open floor plan.

The living room has a new, 50 inch flat screen TV, and comfortable leather sofa. Chic, modern decor fill up the shelves while the bottom drawers in the living room have fun games for you, friends or family to enjoy!

Enjoy the new construction kitchen with our SMART refrigerator which is able to search recipes, look up weather, play music and more! Feel free to explore all its features. Prepare and enjoy delicious meals on our 6-foot black marble kitchen island situated with 4 barstools.

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and closet. The master bedroom has its own spacious, connected bathroom with his/hers sinks and a towering, newly built shower. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom with marble flooring, and shower/tub configuration.

Last but not least, enjoy the spacious, gated backyard with quaint, shaded seating. The backyard is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or light workout later in the day.

Nice home, floors were very sticky. Walls were dirty, party house possibly. Glitter confetti found all over the house. Ants in the kitchen, we notified them and they offered bug spray, wasn’t a serious issue just didn’t want it to be left unsaid.
