Beds were nice and clean and breakfast was good but elevators need attention and it was not a warm and welcoming environment. Check on was quick and easy but receptionist was not cheerful and she was very quiet. There were lots of sketchy people and activities in the lobby and parking lot at night but room was quiet and no interruptions during two day stay.

The room had a slight smell. I did kill a small roach in the bathroom and there was a lady bug in my room. The 1st night, was hard to sleep. The TV kept turning on by itself and the TV remote did not work. The 2nd Day, my room was not cleaned. There was daily breakfast that was good. and the room was made up nice otherwise

Bed sheets seemed clean. The check in lady was pretty quiet, we asked for directions several times, and could barely hear her. We got to the room and we were met face to face with a roach on the inside of the door as we went to close it. As we walked in there was poop wiped on the wall by the big mirror and another roach on the wall by the window. We didn’t even try the breakfast because the cleanliness of the room made us feel the kitchen would be just as bad.

I wasn't informed before booking the I would also have to pay a $50 deposit. I booked through Expedia, so I don't fault the hotel, it just would've been nice to know before booking. Staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The hotel is clearly old and needs some deep cleaning and remodeling.
