This place was new, clean, and a great value. The location is good and it was a better stay than Residence Inn Pasadena. Breakfast was over at 9am. SO, my only suggestion would be for it to be open longer. I'd stay here again.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was absolutely excellent! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and treated us with kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, great breakfast, and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean the staff was professional and the continental breakfast was actually really good. The environment was just really peaceful and the view is nice. It's a great place to work out even outside because of the water and the walking trail. The lady employee who served the continental breakfast area was amazing and very accommodating. She stood out to me as I watched her help other people so graciously. The guys that worked the desk last night and this morning were professional and helpful!

Excellent stay! Staff was friendly. We had a studio suite, and it was lovely - a lot of room, comfortable bed, clean, good size bathroom. Workout room was peaceful and enough to get strength training and cardio in. Breakfast amenities were good too - yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea. Parking was easy and free. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Very happy with this choice!

Was a great place for a quick stay. A very easy access and safe area with lots of parking. The pool looked nice but didn’t use it and also didn’t try the breakfast. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was our TV volume didn’t work but we were there a short period of time so never said anything.

I didn’t get to get on the pool, but the pool area was very clean. Loved the fireplace and patio. The staff was great very helpful. There’s a lot of food places and shopping areas near the hotel 5mins away. I would go back here again

For a new hotel, the room we stayed in was spacious; however, it looked sloppy and run down. Didn't really look or feel new. There were pen marks on the furniture and what looked like marker in the bathroom in the shower. The wallpaper in the bathroom was sloppily done and peeling. A man who worked the front desk was incredibly rude and didn't know what he was doing. I called to ask about some suspicious charges on my card and he hung up the phone in my face because he couldn't explain it. Incredibly unprofessional. Unfortunately this is the newest hotel in Pearland.

The stay was wonderful, and the staff were very helpful. I especially appreciated that the hotel had a shower bench for guests with physical disabilities—the design was very convenient for my mother. I spent 8 nights during this stay and 10 nights total over the past two weeks. The breakfast options were excellent, and the room was spacious with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I did experience a few challenges. Housekeeping was scheduled to provide full service on the seventh day, but there were some inconsistencies with the service. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and was never repaired during my stay. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud, especially at night. That said, the staff was always accommodating and willing to refresh the room whenever needed. The true highlight of my stay was Ryan at the front desk. He was exceptionally kind, compassionate, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping guests. His professionalism and dedication went far above and beyond expectations. Ryan is a tremendous asset to the Marriott team, and I plan to personally recognize him with Marriott corporate. Five stars to Ryan!
