Great location, very nice

It is a gated complex in a beautiful wooded area. We loved that it was on the first floor towards the front for easy in and out. It was quite and clean with all the amenities we needed. We would stay again. Thanks!

Not as portrayed

The unit we stayed in was on the ground floor. We were greeted by a light fixture that was loose and hanging away from the ceiling. We reported this and no one came to repair during our stay. There are marks on the walls and an odd smell in the unit. Most important, I specifically asked if the pool would be open during our stay as we were traveling with our children. I was told the pool would be open. It was not open, in fact the pool was drained. We would not have rented the unit had we been told this was the case. We are very dissatisfied with managements response, in fact they were argumentative with us. We have rented many homes over the years through VRBO, never have we been treated so poorly and been so disappointed. Unfortunately we cannot recommend.
