Comfortable Stay

Good overall hotel experience. We opted for the suite with 2 queens and a sofabed and it offered plenty of extra room for the four of us. Breakfast was hot and delicious they had oatmeal which is a item that many hotels do not offer. But the hotel is a popular option as they were sold out and it was obvious as the breakfast area was packed on both of the days that we stayed there.

Property and room were clean although the carpet in one of our rooms had a 2 inch burn spot in the middle of the room that needs repairing. Staff was friendly. Plenty of free parking. Lot of shopping and restaurants in the area.

Horrible service from the get go and zero help from Hotels.com staff. Don't bother calling ahead or making accessibility requests in advance. Their actions or failure to act speaks volumes! This was the worst Marriott experience to date! Stay away!!
