Clean room, nice, quiet, the smell was neutral nothing offputing. Decent place to stay. I wish they served breakfast that would give them 5 stars. Also I know other extended stays that provide utensils, toasters, pots & pans things like that. But other than that my stay was pretty good.

Everything was as expected. Clean rooms. (I've stayed in more than one) The grounds are kept and there isn't any craziness going on at night. Well lit parking lot and friendly staff. Too bad more studio 6 aren't like this.

Great experience

I was very impressed with the condition of the property. I was absolutely pleased with my stay. Staff was very friendly. My microwave didn’t work when I checked in and they immediately replaced it. My room was super clean everything smelled new. The floors were beautiful the bed was comfortable clean sheets no bugs no roaches no nasty smells the parking lot was bright and lit up at night. I really was happy that they accommodate pets so I was able to bring my fur baby and they have a section that I can walk my dog and allow her to use the bathroom. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when I come back to houston. Sam Houston parkway humble location. Best experience I’ve had in a long time at a hotel.

We chose this location because it was close to where we needed to be for my son‘s football camp and it had good reviews on Expedia. Everything looked very new. However, both of our rooms smelled strongly of marijuana. One of the rooms had dirty towels and ?blood on the wall. Of course, in Houston, we were happy to have bright lighting outside in the parking lot, however, the blackout curtains did not block that light, and there was not a way to get the room very dark. Basic budget rooms but definitely not deserving the average 9.5 star rating on Expedia.
