「Wonderful location with beautiful views of the lake. Within walking distance of everything in town.
When we arrived at 3:15 there was a sign on the door saying that check-in is at 4, no exceptions. We were also in desperate need of facilities but were greeted with a less-than-friendly person telling us she couldn’t help us with anything. When we came back to check in at 4:30, there was an inevitable line and everyone had to wait quite a while to be checked in. This check in time is not listed...
「Outside doors did not require a room card to enter. No coffee until 7AM, no coffee in the room. Bathtub not handicapped accessible in a handicap room.」
