"The room was very spacious and the layout was great."

"I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks online and sees there are rooms available. We were too annoyed to argue with the front desk, so we just left."

"When we checked into our room there was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, hair on the floor of the shower, and used soap in the soap dish. I parked in the back lot and the scanner never worked to let me in the parking lot."

"We arrived very late, but had no problem entering the home. The pictures online does not do it any justice. Everything was beautiful in place we had everything we needed.. We also have sufficient parking and immediate contact with our host who were great by the way.x could use some TVs in the bedroom, however but still five out of five on everything"
