"Really clean hotel, and room. Super impressed. Staff was kind and courteous. Dining area for breakfast was well stocked and bright, with natural light. Easy parking. You can walk to many useful places from the hotel. Fairly priced. Clean linens and towels. Comfortable pillows for all preferences. Bed was medium soft, and a bit bouncy. Comfortable, but you will wake up when your partner moves if you're sensitive to movement during sleep ;) Stayed 1 night. Couple, no kids. Did not have time to use any amenities, except dining area, unfortunately. I recommend this spot!"

"Hotel’s location is perfect, by the water and marina, walkable to key parts of town. We arrived by car into the garage which I found a little disappointing because the lobby entrance of the hotel was hidden. Parking fee was not included and we found a spot but we got lucky, it seems to be not well thought out. "

"Staff are great and very helpful. New building with convenience to ample parking. There is a train close by so you hear the noise from there as well as limited dining options. There was also plumbing noise that can be heard throughout the night from the washroom. Maintenance was quick to check out concerns. There is a restaurant located at the hotel next door which is a little pricy for what you get. Gym was a great size with lots of equipment options. Breakfast options are limited and are in a weird set up (some hot foods on 1 side of the dining hall and other food items are on the opposite side). Hot beverages were appreciated to have throughout the day. It would also be nice to have a water station that is located in the gym. Washroom wasn't cleaned the greatest. There was hair still in the shower and on the toilet when I first entered. Overall great experience. "

"We stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Kingston to help our grandson move back home from university. This price was great as was the value. This hotel is clean and fresh looking. It doesn’t have breakfast but has coffee 24 hours daily with coffee and muffins offered in the morning to get you started . I would stay again for short visits."
