「Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable and unacceptable. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, especially when paying for accommodation.The customer service was also extremely poor. The owner/manager was rude, unprofessional, and did not handle the situation appropriately. I expected better communication and a more respectful attitude toward customers.」

「Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」
