"I’m very disappointed with this stay and feel it’s important to share my experience for future guests.While early check-in was offered, the access code was not provided at that time, causing unnecessary confusion. Once I did receive the code, I was informed that the hot water “may not be working,” which is a major concern for any stay.Upon arrival, the property was not thoroughly cleaned. There was visible rust in the toilet, as well as sand and dirt in the shower. Additionally, the kitchen sink had little to no water pressure, making it nearly impossible to cook or clean—basic functions that should be expected.I notified the host about the water pressure issue and did not receive a response for 17 hours. When I finally heard back, I was told that the pictures I sent through VRBO were not received and that maintenance would be notified. However, I remained at the property and no one ever arrived. Instead, I was instructed to try to fix the faucet myself by unscrewing the faucet head. Unfortunately, that was not possible as the fixture was rusted, and I did not have tools available.This was my fourth stay at this property, and while I have overlooked previous issues, this experience crossed a line. The inability to reliably access hot water and running water in the kitchen made it impossible to meet basic daily needs.I would not recommend this property based on my experience."

"This was the perfect place to spend a couple of wintery days with the dogs. I only used the downstairs but the kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the Ruko TV's in all rooms were much appreciated. I had a couple of questions during my stay and Jennie replied within minutes. (Make sure & visit the Marine Sanctuary Museum if you go)"

"If you really want to get away from it all, this is the place. Gorgeous and very comfortable log home. Situated amongst the pines, away from the main road and steps from the beach. We truly appreciated the serenity, privacy, and nature!! Lots of snow, but road and driveway were always plowed, making it so easy for us to drive 10-15 min into town for food/groceries. We loved trekking around the property and beach with our dog Luna- she had so much fun! Strong WiFi, even during heavy snow/wind. Nice hot showers; very new and clean home. Comfy beds and quality linens. Dishwasher was a plus. Thank you to Sergey and Marina for being such gracious and accommodating hosts. We can’t wait to return!"

"This was our 3rd time staying at Bliss on the Bluff. We had a great time relaxing here after the holidays. This time of the year is always quiet and peaceful in this area. This house is in a great location and is very welcoming, comfortable and clean. If you need anything the owners are always great to work with!"
