Easy walk to both natural sand beach & swimming dock. Beach is behind dock w/gradual entry into protected, shallow wading area, ideal for kids and/or pups. Stand-up paddleboard, 2-person sit-in tandem kayak & 5 sit-in single person kayaks (10') are ready-to-go w/paddles & life vests. NEW for ‘25 – youth mountain & 2 BMX bikes!
Spacious dock offers loungers for sunning, adirondacks in covered area for shade, electricity & lighting. Set back from neighboring docks within quiet cove makes floating on SML's crystal clear emerald water relaxing for kids & adults alike :) Newer 12'x12' floater w/steps allows for ease of entry into kayaks. Bring your fishing gear as shallow pocket coves surround dock w/abundant species. SML’s a premier angler’s fishery renowned for stocked trophy class bass (striped, small & largemouth). Covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use. Large flat area at entrance of property nicely accommodates boat trailer parking.

Dogs are welcome at waterfront grass area w/outdoor picnic tables & cornhole boards, best spot to catch the most stunning SML sunsets. Newly added multi-use (basketball, roller/street hockey, pickleball, box lacrosse & soccer) sports court! PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property.
