Kids Playground, Tennis courts, walking paths, Beach area, floating docks available for a nominal fee. Boat rentals on site through Bridgewater Marina. 18 Hole Golf course for a nominal greens fee. On Site Restaurant and Bar with Dinner options. This condo is pet friendly for an additional fee. This condo is located on the first floor of the third building.
